Financial markets and health systems run on live data. Grassroots social impact doesn't. At Si Labs I'm building SAGE, the infrastructure to change that.
Funders, NGOs, researchers, and governments make decisions about social impact with data that's months old, self-reported, or missing. SAGE is a community-intelligence and data-interoperability layer built to fix that at the source.
It works in three layers: an open-source operating system that lets nonprofits track programs, outcomes, and finances over WhatsApp and simple mobile forms; an aggregation layer that makes that data interoperable; and an intelligence layer for funders and policymakers.
It's built as scientific and research infrastructure, not a marketplace. Si Labs' wider mission is the next billion regenerative jobs.
